INHE Compliance & Clean Procurement Training Has Successfully Concluded

To enhance discipline awareness and strengthen risk control in procurement, INHE Group held a two-day Clean Procurement Training Program on November 21–22 at the INHE Zhuhai Smart Distribution Base. Participants from various departments gathered to deepen understanding of integrity requirements and reinforce a transparent, accountable procurement culture.

The training opened with remarks from Ms. Yao, Deputy General Manager, who thanked participants for their dedication and emphasized that clean procurement is both a governance necessity and a safeguard for individual career development. She noted that the program represents the company’s commitment to “strict management with genuine care,” supporting the long-term health of the organization.

Following her speech, Ms. Long, Executive Deputy General Manager, highlighted the importance of process compliance, clear role boundaries and execution discipline. She stressed that integrity is essential for ensuring stable operations and effective supplier collaboration. Afterward, senior managers collectively signed the Procurement Integrity Commitment, setting an example for all attendees. Participants then completed the signing and oath-taking process to formally affirm their commitment to integrity.

In the afternoon session, Technical Director Mr. He shared insights on cost-conscious design and customized materials management. Ms. Wen, Group Procurement Director, outlined key competencies for procurement professionals, including market insight, negotiation capability, supplier management and cost-reduction strategies, supported by real cases and practical guidance. Representatives from subsidiaries also contributed hands-on experience in managing supplier risks and handling complex situations.

On the second day, an external industry expert delivered a focused workshop covering clean procurement principles, supplier collaboration and strategic negotiation. Case studies and scenario-based exercises helped participants broaden their perspectives and benchmark industry best practices.

The two-day program strengthened participants’ understanding of integrity, risk control and professional standards.
